Terms of Service

Landvex provides field-verified intelligence services including commercial vitality scoring, infrastructure risk assessment, development forecasting, and urban growth analysis. Intelligence is derived from structured field observations collected via the quiXzoom platform and cross-referenced against authoritative sources.

Intelligence products are delivered as structured reports, API data feeds, or custom briefings as specified in the applicable service agreement. Delivery timelines are set out in the statement of work.

Enterprise access to Landvex intelligence products is provided exclusively under an agreed written contract. There is no self-service signup for enterprise products. Contact contact@landvex.com to initiate an engagement.

Client is responsible for ensuring that access credentials are used only by authorised personnel within the Client organisation. Credentials must not be shared externally or used to provide access to third parties.

The Client retains ownership of intelligence outputs commissioned and delivered under their agreement, including reports and data exports. Landvex grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such outputs for internal decision-making purposes.

Landvex retains the right to use aggregated, anonymised data derived from platform activity for platform improvement, model training, and benchmark development. No client-identifiable data is used for this purpose without explicit consent.

Client must not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract Landvex’s proprietary methodologies or algorithms; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute intelligence outputs to third parties without a written reseller agreement; (c) use outputs to train machine learning models or build competing products; (d) use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Intelligence outputs delivered by Landvex are advisory in nature. They are intended to inform decision-making, not to replace independent professional judgement. Landvex does not warrant that outputs are complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific investment or operational decision.

Landvex is not liable for any investment, divestment, or commercial decision made by the Client based in whole or in part on intelligence outputs. The Client assumes full responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of Landvex intelligence.

To the extent permitted by law, Landvex’s aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
