Sub-processors — Landvex

GDPR Article 28 compliance. Landvex AB engages the sub-processors listed below. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that require them to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures and process data only on Landvex's documented instructions.

Current Sub-processors

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Cloud infrastructure, data storage, and compute. All Landvex workloads run exclusively on AWS eu-north-1 (Stockholm, Sweden).

EU (eu-north-1, Stockholm) Standard Contractual Clauses

Payment processing and contributor payouts via Stripe Connect. EU data stored within the EU in normal operation.

USA (EU data residency for EU data) Standard Contractual Clauses

quiXzoom (Landvex AB)

Field data collection network. quiXzoom operates as a separately branded product of Landvex AB — the data controller for both platforms. EU-controlled operations.

Global (EU-controlled) Intra-group DPA

Landvex does not use advertising networks, analytics brokers, or data resellers as sub-processors.

Enterprise clients will be notified with 30 days notice before any new sub-processor is added.
