Landvex Launches Decision Intelligence Platform for the Physical World

Landvex transforms raw field observations — photographs and structured data collected by contributors in the quiXzoom network — into continuously updated intelligence on physical world conditions. Clients receive decision-ready outputs covering infrastructure condition, urban development trajectories, commercial opportunity signals and risk exposure across their asset portfolios.

The platform addresses a fundamental gap in how organisations currently gather intelligence on physical environments. Traditional approaches — periodic surveys, satellite imagery and consultant reports — deliver snapshots rather than continuous coverage. Landvex delivers a living picture, updated as field contributors submit observations from the ground.

At launch, the Landvex platform serves clients across seven verticals: municipalities and local government, property and real estate, infrastructure operators, investors and asset managers, insurance, utilities and retail. Intelligence products include the City Health Index, Infrastructure Risk Index, Commercial Opportunity Index and several additional scores derived from the quiXzoom observation dataset.

The quiXzoom network, which powers Landvex's observation layer, opens contributor registration simultaneously across 20+ countries today. Zoomers — contributors who photograph infrastructure, buildings and urban environments on assigned missions — earn QX Credits per approved submission, with weekly payouts through Stripe Connect.
