Landvex uses a minimal set of cookies on its website and client-facing platform. We do not use advertising cookies or share data with advertising networks. This policy describes each cookie category, its purpose, legal basis, and how users may manage their preferences.

Necessary Cookies Cannot be disabled

Session authentication

Maintains the authenticated session for enterprise portal users. Set on login, expires on browser close or after 8 hours of inactivity. Required for the platform to function.

CSRF protection token

Protects all authenticated requests against cross-site request forgery. Present on all pages where form submissions or API actions occur. Cannot be disabled without breaking platform security.

Consent preference record

Stores your cookie consent choice to prevent the consent banner from reappearing on subsequent visits. Retained for 12 months.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (platform security) and performance of contract (Art. 6.1b GDPR). These cookies do not require consent.

Analytics Cookies

Landvex Analytics

First-party analytics operated by Landvex AB. Measures page visits, funnel completion, and feature engagement to improve the product and client experience. EU-resident data only. No data transferred outside the EEA. Maximum retention: 13 months.

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1a GDPR). Analytics cookies are only set after affirmative consent via the cookie banner. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Advertising Cookies

No advertising cookies

Landvex does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from any third-party ad network. No data is shared with Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or equivalent platforms for retargeting purposes. Enterprise client data is never used for advertising.
